At my station we do our best to get the priority bags off first.

However with that being said if the station sending us the bags have not properly seperated them so they can be off loaded in such a manner then that means the person off loading must do this & quite frankly in order to do this ALL bags would just be delivered later. Therefore easier & quicker to off load & put the bags on the belt.
