Yeah, that would be some mileage run - LAX-PIT-SFO, or for the really motivated LAX-CLT-PHL-PIT-SFO.

Seriously, and somewhat offtopic, is it possible to fly between any two served points on an AWARD ticket, even if there is no published fare for the city pair?
