Question "preflight notification" e-mail for a flight a week away?

ok, search is returning blank pages right now so if previously posted, please close but....

i just rec'd this e-mail from "PreFlight Notification" [email protected] for my flights next saturday and unless i'm missing something, i've never seen any preflight e-mail from ua other than the "don't forget to olci" one which usually arrives about 12 hours after i've already olci'd

something new or am i just having a senior 'n bald moment
