And the BS claims process is futile yes... but...

Congress? Good luck.. that's the ultimate exercise in futility. I'm sorry to say, but it's kind of obvious right now... that aside from the SSSS list cutdown... reigning in DHS and TSA is not exactly priority #1 with them.
