I believe you might be in the wrong forum.

These are the three elite levels in the Lufthansa Miles and More loyalty programme.

FTL stands for Frequent Traveller and is the first level of elite status.

SEN stands for Senator and it the next (and in most cases highest) level of elite status.

I'm not sure of the exact term which HON stands for, but it's "honoured" to be that member. It's the top of the pile. You have to be a very high spender and/or frequent traveller to attain it.
