Is there a listing somewhere of all the specific flights that GoGo Internet is offered? I've searched and know that it is only on the 767-200 aircraft but are ALL direct transcon flights from the pilot cities listed equipped with GoGo Internet?

If there is no complete list, can someone verify if it is available on flt 59 from JFK-SFO equipped with the GoGo service?
