The fare class on your link to ITA is 'W'. I checked availability on the outbound dates you quote and W class is sold out. That is the reason why you can't get that price.

ITA has an option to Check seat availability. Did you select that option? With that option turned off (i.e., not checked), ITA will find the cheapest fares, regardless of whether the seats in that fare class are available.
