First, consider reading some of the other threads (a plenty of them) regarding TYN point redemption.

To redeem 20k TYP for $200 in travel, you can probably do on the thankyou points website.

To redeem 20k TYP for up to $400 in domestic travel, but you have to pay taxes/fees, and have an eligible feeder account into TYN, and do so before March 1st, contact TYN directly by phone.
