MagicJack support is an oxymoron. However, I've been using multiple MJs for the last year or so. One provides my only telephone service at home, another provides a private line here in my office, and the third travels with me around the world. I've have only minimal issues, slightly more than when I had traditional land-line service, and I think the product is terrific.
