I just wanted to thank you for helping to arrange for my daughter, her fiance and myself to fly back from XXX recently.
We thoroughly enjoyed the flight and were most impressed that you managed to fly us home, when British Airways had cancelled their flight!
The service on your flights is excellent and I do not understand why more people do not fly XXXXX - I much prefer it to British Airways. I would be more than happy to give you a quote to use in your advertising campaigns if you would find it useful.
