Personally, I've found the two clubs to be pretty much on par w/ each other. I've had both memberships for about three years each, and have flown at least 25k on both airlines during that time. That allowed me to see many (almost all) clubs for both airlines. For my money, the Charlotte club is the best. The main ORD club is fine, but the food you mentioned hasn't been there for me in the past or as of late so maybe it is new or a one time blip. They usually have mini-bagels, then cookies but maybe I've just hit them at bad times.

It may depend on use. When I go, I'm looking for a power port, a phone line and an ashtray if possible...not too picky after that. I've never had a cocktail in the club except for an NWA club...free booze afterall.
