They changed controllers. At 2033:38 they started the relief briefing. It would be routine post-accident relief. The controller sounded upset beginning with 2032:38. They try to get them off position as quickly as possible in a situation like this. The first concern is to get someone on position who's not upset. Tapes will be reviewed and transcribed and a statement from the controller will also be taken, probably within an hour.
