Either you can hire a taxi at the airport (probably will be expensive unless pre arranged).

Other option is to take the train at 04:30 am from Old Delhi railway station. Take a prepaid taxi from the airport to get to the Old Delhi station. You can find the trains schedule at www.cleartrip.com

I would rather take a taxi or the first flight in the morning to get there but not the train.
