Thanks for this. Interesting.

Why do they bother adding an extra three minutes to the transcript after the last mention at 2036:36 by L116 in response to N37NY?

Also, it's amazing how the original L116 seemed to keep his cool somewhat while dealing with cactus along with the other flights. It sounded like he was replaced? I assume this is normal procedure? I'm a novice when it comes to TRACON stuff.
