EWR-CUN on a 752 at 8:05am (4h 15min flight)

There's a few seats left up front right now for an early March flight. Shockingly, I can use miles to upgrade right now. Which I'm thinking of doing....what would you do?

Besides the nice cushy seat, should I expect any differences with service on a morning flight? I know that International Business sometimes offers more meal options at night...but do they ever offer extra meal options for breakfast? Warm cookies before landing? anything?
