This is a tad off topic but it reminds me of a customer complaint I had while working at Dominos pizza in high school.

The customer did not answer the door when the driver rang the bell. She called and told us she was in the basement so I told the driver to go back to her house. The customer called back and asked if her pizza would be free since it was not there in 30 minutes. I told her we were there in 30 minutes and she didn't answer the door. Her response, yeah I know, I was in the basement. I didn't know what to say to that.
