I find this discussion very interesting as I travel with my own tea and tea making equipment. I do enjoy a very good cup of coffee, but not the Mister Coffee sort of junk. I found everything I could possibly need at the Cape Grace Hotel in Cape Town including fresh milk and cream in the mini-fridge and a complete facility for making quality coffee and tea. I've been disappointed in every hotel since.

I never order tea from room service in any hotel as the container of hot water likely had coffee in it before and tastes awful.

We travel so much and really ask very little.
