It was good when it was first launched (before the internet and OLCI). I remember using it regularly 16/17 years ago while driving to the airport for early morning departures. The call centre was UK-based (so no ICC) and IIRC you got a full hot breakfast in Y. Oh, those were the days.
Oh well, so basically what we are saying here is that this service should really have been dumped 5-10 years ago. Who wants a free hot breakfast anyway when there's free cheese toastie on offer (subject to availability and the caterers actually bothering to load them in the first place)
