Since AC now has you leaving LAS 3 hrs earlier than your scheduled departure, greatly shortening your vacation, and giving you a terrible 5 hr connection in YYC, why don't you call them up and ask them to put you on the direct red eye from LAS-YYZ instead?

After everything has posted to your account, you can ask to get the miles for your original route if you care about that.
