No idea why people like Como Shambhala. Unless you take an entire villa (around 4 bedrooms) then you end up sharing your pool with strangers. The privacy aspect is awful here. Even the toilets are semi-open-plan


While if money is no object then its Tirta Ening, staying in the master suite which we happened to luck out and have no other guest in the other suites back in 2004. Book the whole residence. If you want to spend less then the Amans are the way to see Bali best.
