toss up...but if you're not checking anything, and you'd have your boarding pass, i'd say you'd be able to make it to the gate by 5:00pm. but of course, that's assuming there are no traffic problems on 66W before the toll road. i'd go ahead and do it. if you don't make it, just take the next flight out.
