I think there is a difference between the insider discount code and other discount codes that you get for customer service issues. For example, last year I received a discount code apologizing for the termination of the OAK-SNA route and I was able to save that in my discount codes but the insider discount code is different I think since I think it's the same code they give everyone and can be used multiple times by multiple people.
