I am utterly staggered: My parents are travelling in Swiss First JNB to LHR; Some months ago I rang and without problem booked their seats. I rang Swiss today at 1758 to check what I had booked. The woman on the end advised it was Swiss policy not to release seat information;( There was no indication as to who I was), I pleasantly queried this and she again refused; I asked for a supervisor and was told there was no one else present and she put the phone down on me. I rang back and was immeadiately given the information I wanted within a few seconds. Some of their staff are in need of some serious training!
