I've not stayed at that Oakwood, but it's as good as next to the Tokyo Sheraton Miyako Hotel (as well as being a 7 minute walk from our family's 'HQ' in Tokyo)

The walk to Meguro takes about 20 minutes. If you were really cheeky you could use the shuttle bus at the Hotel.

I believe there is a Precce Supermarket just along the street from that apartment. There is also an Isetan Food Hall at Shirokane Takanawa station. This place in particular offers hefty discounts on ready made meals approximately one hour before closing.
