I had to laugh when I saw this thread - I've loved the AirNZ crockery since the first time I flew them - and actually have a to-do which is "Find AirNZ crockery" for purchasing.

Unfortunately, thus far, I've had no luck - but I'm glad I'm not the only one. ha ha
