I've never seen anything like it in the 4 years-or-so that I've been around the DL forum. The ugliness correlates pretty well to the tenure of one member in particular, and I for one am hoping that we see some additional "moderation" targeted in that direction. We're well beyond the friendly, constructive debate that has been a hallmark of this board for at least the past 4 years, and into the realm of
repeated posting solely to cause disruption. Just my two cents. Unfortunately the ignore button is no longer beneficial when every thread gets derailed and normally interesting posters are baited into a fight...
