I haven't been much of a fan of how the merger has been handled so far and IMHO they missed a superior marketing opportunity in not rebranding the whole entity. That being said, I do have to give them this one. Skymiles is a better name. Perks seems to always be preceeded by little, elsewhere in the lexicon, as in "I don't get paid very well, but I do get a few little perks."

In any event, I now know what to call those miles I'm not going out of my way to earn.
