Row 2A/K are the best seats in the First cabin in my opinion. Overhead locker available and no possibility of being disturbed by the wardrobe. That is just my preference though.
Mine as well. Occasionally during overnight flights, I get a feeling of having slightly better service in row 2, as FAs can see You need a refill, even from the galley.
