During my last few mid-week stays on the CL Level at a FS MAR, there was no longer lotion nor a shower cap in the room. Bathrobe was still provided like before. Personally, I don't use the shower cap; however, my mother-in-law likes the shower caps. So it has become a tradtion for me to bring back the shower caps from my travels. Not a big deal over all, but still a decline in service for me.

Also note, the room rates have not changed at this property pre and post "enhancements". If they cut the room rate down to attract more business, I could understand the cut back in services. Charging the same rate and cutting back service doesn't sit well with me.

P.S. C.L. offerings are about the same except they have gone to mini bottles of water. The CL offerings at this property were never that great to begin with, so there wasn't much room to cut back (CMH Airport Marriott if any one is curious).
