I don't think they have this. Nor what would be the value. UA doesn't give you extra miles just for having the partner numbers in there.

What you need to do is to update your UA partner car and hotel's own website profiles with your UA MP#, not the other way around.


Now somewhere in the United Vacations or the "Hotels by United" or whatever they call it, there may be a place to put those in. But those are actually third party sites that have little to do with UAL itself other than licensing the name, and nothing to do with MP except perhaps an occasional MP bonus promotion.
