Trying to get work done on remote desktops is painful, and trying to watch video is impossible even at the lowest available quality. I've called ibahn multiple times, I've called the front desk, I've called Marriott customer care... not sure what else to do but try out the Hilton next door, which is not an option that I find appealing.

Any other thoughts or avenues I haven't pursued?
I was in PHX over Christmas 2008 and stayed at the Renaissance Glendale. Judging from the parking garage and valet lots, the hotel was no where near close to half full, much less completely booked. The Internet access was on par with or below 56k dialup service, and if I remember correctly, it was $12.95 per day. I left a comment card explaining the issue but nothing ever came of it (didn't expect it to, really).
