What a poor quality and deceptive airline. I was scheduled to fly the A380 from DXB-JFK on Feb 1 and without notice they switched it to a 777 and they put me in a middle seat. The only reason I flew through Dubai was to fly the A380. The agent said they were sending the A380 to Australia for the inaugural flight to SYD & AKL.

And their business class service was the worst that I ever had on a long haul flight. There were no menus and the food and wine was of low quality. At times service seemed like a comedy act. It was difficult to get a drink of water. You could not walk around the plane on a 15 hour flight. Now I know what it is like to be in jail. For the first time ever my legs became swollen on a flight. Emirates should be called the DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis) airline. What a poor quality low class operation. I used Northwest Airlines and Korean Airlines for the first part of the trip, and the quality of their business class service far exceeded the Emirates' service.
