Has anyone else seen speeds this poor at Full-Serve MI/Ren properties? The property I've been at for a few weeks and had intended to stay at for another couple of months has HSI that is typically on-par with dial-up in download speeds in the evenings. Trying to get work done on remote desktops is painful, and trying to watch video is impossible even at the lowest available quality. I've called ibahn multiple times, I've called the front desk, I've called Marriott customer care... not sure what else to do but try out the Hilton next door, which is not an option that I find appealing.

Any other thoughts or avenues I haven't pursued?
