Interesting to read about your experiences with the bedding. I actually enjoyed it and I am actually pretty picky about bedding. I do remember feeling like the bed was pretty soft but I actually liked it. Normally I prefer a more firm bed.

Also surprised you have not been upgraded to a bigger room as a plat as I have had good success but I normally stay on weekends which I presume has lets plats during that time.

I would try to talk to a manager on duty about your problems. I would not be so surprised at spotty service at this hotel however but have always had good success with the rooms and bedding.
