If this is going to be the
consistency issue that the new Ambassador programs are talking about, there are going to be a lot to lose in RA members side.
seems BS to me - there are suites on the Club floors.
Had a big hassle there during my last stay and had to involve the GM - no benefit at all except the welcome gift (Box of chocolates).
Booked the highest room category below the suites . No upgrade was given which is clearly not according to Amb regulations. Am still thinking of getting the Asia Pacific office into this matter
