hi, need some advice and love this resource...

My wife and I (30-years-old, from Boston) are flying into ITM (osaka), then going to Kyoto then Tokyo.

We arrive at 7pm in Osaka, then have 3 nights/ 4 Days until we need to be in Tokyo (where we will spend our final 4 nights at the Conrad).

Questions...

So we have 3 nights to split between Osaka/Kyoto. I know that's not much, so how do we do it? Was thinking 1 night Osaka (at the Sheraton or Westin) and then 2 nights at the Westin Kyoto?

As for transportation...
-I assume we can get a bus from ITM to Sherton/Westin?
-How do we get from Osaka to Kyoto by Train? will this take long?
