How do other companies/groups handle the bag fee payment? advance it to the traveler? reimburse it later? its a pain in the butt because some airlines dont give receipts for this.
I pay it on my credit card and expense it as part of my other expenses. If I don't get a receipt I include a photocopy of the credit card bill (easy to get online), the baggage tags "as receipts" and a copy of the web page from the airline explaining the fee. Never been denied.
