I was wondering if there are any good flight comparison websites which allow you to specifically compare the cost of full-fare economy tickets (which could then be upgraded with miles.)

The websites I use seem to throw up discounted economy tickets which presumably can't be upgraded.

Is it best to book with the airline directly?!
