In Tabago a few years ago we had to get off the plane (Virgin) after all had been loaded and collect our baggage. In the scrum that ensued there were staff looking for the Upper Class luggage tags and once we were spotted we were wisked through the airport and into a taxi rather than having to wait for ages and be put on a bus to the hotel. We also got to choose the hotel we were put up in.

I still use the Virgin luggage tags on my check in cases as they are quite nice and well made for a give-away.
