The only Prem I've ever knowingly seen was sat behind me on a LGW-DRS flight in late 2007, and the only reason I knew that was because of the tag on his luggage next to mine in the overhead locker.
Ditto - sometime in 2007, a chap next to me NCL-LHR one evening had a shiny black card on his small briefcase. It was long enough ago that I had to google what it was when I got back home.
