Just to update:

We dined last night at Walnut Creek. Nice experience, though the space and decor are not quite as nice as Woodland Hills. The steaks were fairly tiny, even for a "petit" however they were cooked to perfection unlike Izzy's which burnt the hell out of my steak last month I could do without the rather mediocre cookies - if they can't provide a decent dessert they ought to dispense with it entirely as you don't want to leave a bad taste at the end of a nice meal

Overall the experience was good, the price was right, but I think we'll try prime rib Sunday next time
