What is the low-fat meal? and the Hindu meal traditionally?

Once when I ordered the kosher meal (because I heard it was bigger and more impressive...it wasnt by the way), I was so disappointed in the canned/prepackaged food that I asked if there were extra regular meals left. There were, and the crew happily gave me one...both for lunch and the afternoon pizza snack.
