Praise for CVG operations/staff

I flew through CVG last week for the first time. Twice last week I flew BUF-CVG-SEA with 40 minute connection times.

Thanks to Delta at BUF the flight was late both times to CVG. However the CVG staff seems to be quite use to this as they were VERY good about helping people transfer.

In one case I had a cart waiting for me, in another a Delta agent was there with a list of all the conneting gates. After crossing from A to B and going up the escalator there was another agent who asked me where I was going and gave me the gate information and directions.

In both cases after rushing to my SEA flight and settling in I noticed others arriving on the plane out of breath. I don't know if it is weather, or just Delta's scheduling, but it seems like tight connects at CVG are not uncommon...

I really wish Delta staff at other airports were as good/helpful as the CVG operation!
