No reason to attack others and no reason to go away sulking just because everyone disagrees with you. It has been an interesting discussion -- and yes people have been hard on you -- but now you get to go away and make your own decision without any interference from the rest of us. If you're still interested in pursuing your idea, buy a business class ticket, submit the receipt for that ticket for reimbursement, and then refund the ticket and use the proceeds to buy two coach tickets. I think you'll be out of a job, with good reason, if your employer finds out, but with luck you'll qualify for the "don't get caught" exemption.
