My uncle (well, more like a step/half uncle if that exists!) works in a very very senior position at AF. He knows that I post on FT. We don't communicate much since the ugly divorce he had. But anyway, he did send me this link and said they all had a good laugh about passengers thinking they deserve something for their birthday, like it was some American chain restaurant.
