great service from AC reservations when my itin change wouldn't work

Booked a flight return flight to HKG in april on a flight pass, and they cancelled the wednesday flight back from HGK to YVR so they changed my Itinerary to return on the thursday which didn't work for my Boss. The itinerary said to call Customer Care AC Reservations in the Intinerary change wouldn't work which I did. Although it took a long to time listening to music and the same ads over and over, when I got to speak to the reservations fellow, he was the most helpful friendly phone support guy I've ever dealt with. I could tell that dealing with an Itin change for him on a flight pass was a difficult task due to AC's systems not working well between his res system and the flight pass system, but he stuck with it until he worked out an alternate route back that worked for me. Dispite it taking a while to get his system to accept an eticket change on a flight pass, he still stayed on the line and made sure I got the seats I wanted, and gave me lots of options to choose from. If it like most call centres where you catch crap for not clearing a call fast enough, he surely didn't care as he gave me all the time we needed to go the extra mile for me. This was a super call and a super way to deal with a change.
