I was not on one of this pilots flights but I ran into all the problems he described on a recent RJ CLE-PHL flight. It took one person over a half hour to bring the carry-ons up. When I asked why he didin't use a cart, I was told there was no cart available within the PHL airport for this purpose. Who is supervising these guys? No cart? Get real!
