i may be old school here....and how bland calling it mr.guitar...a guitar is worth far more than that......but jump on the flight last and put it in the bins on top of everything else...or is that not permissible in the states?

but i did note a solution that you just have two guitars...if you're that into the guitar and fly e'where it seems money aint the problem.....

i'd imagine you have it also adorned in rayban...coz as best i know and i take my washburn e'where with me...'the overhead bins'....only rayban will do.....

and on a more serious side there are companies in the states that manufacture road cases for 'elite instruments', for orchestras etc...i'd suggest you look there....
