I have landed at B-41 a lot around the time the AMS plane was loading up. Just loitering around I have discovered they are very aware of all incoming connections and will hold the flight for any late arrivals. It appears they check and double check to make sure it works for everyone.

But, I would take an earlier flight if I could. They won't hold it a half hour if your connection is really late. And---as stated by others---an earlier connection would allow time for a Q at Interstate or Corky's. Worth the earlier flight just for that. Hell, I would buy a couple of Q's to go and open up a couple half way across the Atlantic! Yum Yum!

I think MEM is the connecting jewel in the system. People bemoan the decor, but it is quick and easy to connect and is very rarely backed up.
