I've had 2 stays in the past several weeks where the points posted, but not the stays.

I've emailed, and even called the Diamond desk, but all they will say is it must be some sort of a glitch, and not to worry, the "stays" do count.

However, I rely on the posted "stays" to keep track so I can maintain status.

Are others experiencing this same glitch?

Any suggestions how I can get it remedied?
